This could be a one-time event or a regular thing. Let's talk about what would work for you!

Relax your entire body and mind in restorative forms where you are fully supported for longer periods with blankets, blocks, pillows and bolsters. With these longer holds you will release your muscles and the cares of this world as you will soak in scripture, encouraging words, and gentle worship music. We will end this deeply restful and rejuvenating time with a heavenly sound bath performed on crystal singing bowls.
Wear comfortable, cozy clothes, maybe even your jammies!
No experience is necessary. Flexibility is not important. Movement is not even required. The posture of your heart is the most important one.
Important items to bring for an optimal experience (If you need to borrow something let us know. We have a limited number of items to share):
* a yoga mat
* 2 dense blankets to cover up for coziness and also to use as support.
* 2 dense pillows or bolsters (like you might have on your couch). A rolled up sleeping bag works great too.
* yoga blocks (optional, if you have them – we have extras)
Following yoga and the sound bath you will have the opportunity to spend time walking the labyrinth.

This is a 60-minute slow and mindful Christ-centered gentle flow class with Laurie followed by occasional sound baths when Nickie is available which extends the class to 6:45. Class is donation-based which means you pay what feels right to you.
