Candlelit Restorative YogaFaith (30 minute class)

The perfect way to end our Refit dance fitness time together! Get ready to roll into bed with this deeply relaxing candlelit restorative class. Rest your entire body and mind with gentle stretching and restorative forms where you are fully supported for longer periods with blankets, blocks, pillows and bolsters. With these longer holds you will release your muscles and the cares of this world as you will soak in scripture, encouraging words, and gentle worship music.

No experience is necessary. Flexibility is not important. Movement is not even required. The posture of your heart is the most important one.

We have everything you need so you don't HAVE to bring anything, but if you like to have your own stuff, you can bring a yoga mat, a pillow or two, some blocks, and a blanket.

This class is only offered on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month following Refit class. (Refit happens every Tuesday)

Refit: 7-7:50 p.m.

YogaFaith Restorative: 8-8:30 p.m.

Location: 23210 57th Ave W Mountlake Terrace in the same building as the Mountlake Terrace Post Office (but around the corner to the south). (Across the street from the Mountlake Terrace Public Library)
