YogaFaith Gentle Flow Class IN PERSON Mondays @ Northwest Church

This is a 60-minute in-person gentle flow YogaFaith class. We meet upstairs at Northwest Church/Community Life Center in Lynnwood. Enter through the "yellow" corner entrance.

No payment is expected, but donations are always appreciated. If you would like to offer something for class some options are:
