YogaFaith Gentle Flow Class IN PERSON Wednesdays @ Mountlake Church

This is a 60-minute in-person gentle slow flow YogaFaith class. We meet in the annex building behind Mountlake Church. It's the same building as the post office but around the corner to the south (and across the street from the Mountlake Church Public Library).

No payment is expected, but donations are always appreciated. If you would like to offer something for class some options are:
