20 Minute Morning Stretch & Meditation

Thanks for practicing with me as we start this series of LOVE-themed classes for the month of February! This one is 20-minutes of breath work, spinal movement, gentle stretching, and a guided meditation. Be blessed! Love is patient, love is kind. (1 Corinthians 13:4-7 CSB) Focus: Gentle morning warm-up and foundational poses to cultivate love within oneself as we focus on God's love for us.
